THE CALL INTO PUBLIC MINISTRY No one can serve in the public ministry without a call. • Hebrews 5:4 • The calling into position of overseer, elder, pastor, teacher, is a DIVINE CALL, that is, it is a call that comes from God. • However, it is also a HUMAN CALL that comes through the church.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC MINISTRY In lesson 4 we covered the qualifications which God has established for public ministers of the gospel.
